Reddit Inc (USA), owned by Advance Publications, is the majority shareholder. Data if transferred is as per EU security laws.

Law enforcement and pre-trial investigation authorities, courts and other dispute resolution authorities, other persons performing functions assigned by law, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the State of Delaware, United States. We provide these entities with information required by law or specified by the entities themselves;
